Drum Roll Please....

Introducing the newest Love of My Life...  Miss Layla.  She joined our little family on October 22 (three weeks shy of her 11/11/11 due date) at 6 pounds, 15 ounces and 20 inches (although she lost an inch by her first doctor's appointment thanks to severe cone head!)  She was well worth the five weeks of bed rest/extra pokes & prods/blood work/hospital admissions/doctors appointments/etc!  Who knew it was possible to have a love like this?!      ~MPC

They have waited oh-so-patiently...

to get their beach family photos back!  Not in my usual health, I was laid up before and after my daughter's birth for quite a few weeks...  this lovely family has patiently waited for the return of their photos taken at Coral Cove beach.  We had to time some of our shots with nice fluffy clouds, but I think they were well worth it!  The eldest son has since left for the military...  we wish him the best!  :)   ~MPC

To keep from going crazy...

I have been able to edit some of this pumpkin's photos finally!  You may remember Preston, the handsome little devil I met as a newborn 6 months ago.  I have loved watching him hit major milestones through my camera :)  It has been a challenge for myself the past few weeks as my little Diva wants to make a GRAND appearance and has put me in the hospital a few times, as well as continuous bed rest at home.  Sounds fun?  It is... for about one day or two.  Regardless, I'm happy to report we are both well and she shall be making her debut in a very short while...  Preston's mom and I have decided we are going to arrange their marriage now while they both can't speak yet :)    ~MPC

They might as well be Polish...

...because I know how MY family is when they get together!  This was officially the largest, craziest family shoot I have done thus far.  Thank goodness the rain stopped long enough for us to get outside and utilize the beautiful backdrops!  Try getting ten kids to look at you (and smile) at the same time.  Good thing we had cookies to bribe them :)  Seriously though, spending the afternoon with this family really made me miss mine!
